I was asked to make this similar to the first one,
but different, "like with fringe or something".
I find that fringe tends to get caught in my hair,
so instead, I formed the swags from spiral rope chain
and the buyer thought I was a genius! :)
Well, dunno about that,
but at least the barrette won't pull her hair! :)
